HP Pavilion 500-164 Desktop PC

I currently have a HP Pavillion 500-164 and I have to replace it. I can't seem to find a computer with an optical port to plug a toslink cable into. I use this for my hearing aids so that I don't have to turn the audio up so that the neighbors hear it. Can this be added after I purchase?

hi

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03757575

Optical S/PDIF-out port

is this what you need?

if yes, then an audio card, pci could be installed..
only already read here, that with some hp models, sound cards, seems not to be able to work
So may be difficult to find a compatible audio card
another option would be a usb card with spdif
but having never tested, and what you would need exactly, I do not know what to advise you

may help ?
