HP ENVY Desktop - TE01-1150xt CTO

I recently bought 2 HP Envy desktops (Win11) from Amazon. Model Numbers are TE01-1254, though plugging that into HP Support page can't find it, though I got a Registration Confirmation. Neither have sound.  The diagnostics say "Speaker, headset or headphone is unplugged" although I have confirmed they are not. Device Manager shows Audio in/out Realtek. It also shows my bluetooth speaker, which doesn't play either, nor do my headphones.  I have latest Realtek driver.  If I try to un-mute the little speaker icon I get a screen with options of wi-fi or bluetooth.  Selecting either has the same result...no sound.  iTunes won't play either.  I'm really over my head here.  I'm beginning to think maybe my computer is missing something, like an internal speaker or something.

Your PC does not come with an internal speaker.

Normally only HP business class tower PC's have internal speakers.

You have to connect external PC speakers to the light green audio out jack in the back of the PC.

You need a Bluetooth speaker for the Bluetooth to connect to it.

Bluetooth will not be using the Reatek audio.

Paul...Thank you so much for the reply.  I stole my husband's bluetooth speaker and presto-whammo, I have sound!  I was really twisted with what I thought was going wrong.
