HI! someone recently installed windows 10 onto my computer and after i realized something was wrong with my audio. I have tried everything i can think of to fix it. i tried the troubleshoot as well. when you hover over the sound settings (its already canceled with a red x) it says no audio output device is installed. ive tried uninstalling device and reinstalling (in device manager), nothing works, and then when i try to update the driver it says "windows found drivers for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install them. - A device attached to the system is not functioning.
Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated, thank you i'm going crazy trying to fix it !!!
