No Audio on my Envy All-in-One

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello All!  I purchased an Envy All-in-One and have not had audio for a year now.  I have tried every fix that I'm capable of implementing and nothing is working.  Please help!  Thank you in advance!

Looks like there are a few folks that have had audio issues with that model series.

 

See if the post marked as the solution in green works for you...

I was hoping that your model was the older envy 27 with the IDT audio and no W10 drivers.
