How can I get the sound back on my pc. Am I missing " Realtek ". I tried everything. Could you help me.

Hi:
According to the product specs for your PC, it comes with the Integrated IDT 92HD73E Audio, not the Realtek audio.

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to try the W10 IDT audio driver from a newer model HP desktop PC, and see if that gets the sound to work again. Restart the PC after installing the driver.
