No Sound tried updating driver to no success. Tried uninstalling and reinstall and nothing is working after Windows latest OS update

Unfortunately, I do not believe that there is a fix for that problem.
I think that happens to all HP desktop PC's with the IDT audio system, and no W10 drivers on the support page.
You could try the W8.1 driver from your PC's support page and see if that works.
On some PC's the W8.1 driver works, and on many, it doesn't.
A very bad compatibility problem with W10 and PC's with the IDT audio.
