No sound devices found after installing windows 11 on HP Compaq pro 6300 SFF

After installing Windows 11 64 bit, the HP Compaq pro 6300 Small Form Factor does not find any sound in/output devices. I tried many different drivers but it does not seem to work out. The HP support page does not offer any drivers for W11. Which driver do i need to support the realtec audio device?

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W10 Realtek audio driver from the HP Prodesk 600 G1.

The 600 G1 is the next model series after the 6300 Pro series.

I'm running W11 22H3 on an older HP 8200 Elite CMT with the Intel i7-2600 processor, Realtek audio and used the audio driver from the Elitedesk 800 G1, which uses the same driver as the 600 G1.

Works fine, but it also worked without installing any drivers.  W11 installed a generic Realtek audio driver.
