W-Smith and Emlynw,

I have finally fixed the problem.  When I went to the link W-Smith gave me, I noticed that it had a link to Windows Update.  I had Windows 10 version 1903 installed.  Whenever I would install updates , all of the updates, including the Intel Driver that we are sure is causing the problem, would be installed before the update to Win ver 1909 would become available.  I always wondered if I would have the same problem if I could get 1909 installed first.  So I used the Windows Update link that W-Smith gave me, https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10, to update to version 1909 first.  After I did this, I downloaded all the remaining updates and had no problem with my speaker.  Thank you both for all your help.  I hope this works for you too.
