The PC is using Realtek High Definition Audio Device and when I go to Sound it is the default device and working properly. However, there is no sound at all. I tried to disable and enable it to no avail. When i check the device manager, there is another device called AMD High Definition Device. I don't know how to make this as the default device. When I checked its property, it says it has a "sign in" problem. The ATI High Definition Device is what I am looking or searching but I could not find it. This device is better than realtek .

Try installing the latest audio driver from the Realtek site:
2nd one on the list.
PC Audio Codecs > High Definition Audio Codecs Software
The AMD HD audio device is your PC's AMD HD 5570 graphics card's audio output.
If the card has an HDMI port, you would need to connect a HDMI cable to a monitor or TV with built in speakers to get sound from that output.
