Product: Example: HP ENVY All-in-One 27-b2XXion 65XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The sound as stopped working and after I have done the HP check its come up with the following :- Hardware problem detected.

HI

Try this:-

Click settings

choose update & security

Click get help

type audio

choose yes to run a scan and see if this fixes your problems
