OMEN X 25f Monitor

I have an OMEN laptop and also an OMEN X 25f monitor.  The monitor has built-in speakers, that have until recently been working. However, today, there is no sound coming out of the monitor when I have my laptop connected by HDMI cable.   If I plug speakers or head phones into the monitor audio jack, the audio works perfectly.  If I set the audio to come out of my laptop instead of the monitor, the audio also comes out just fine.  However, when setting audio output to the monitor, there is no noise at all. I have looked at previous threads, and I have checked the monitor menu, but there is no audio sub menu.  However, I know that there are speakers built-in!

from what you describe, everything works, the problem would be with the internal speakers.
If this model is good, there is not much document to help

But from what you have indicated, it seems that practically everything has already been tested.
If it is not already done, I see that there would be HDMI input, try the other ..
possibly try another cable and if possible another computer but since a headset works, I doubt it.
I wish you that it is still guaranteed, and I would therefore advise you to call the after sales service!
