Please I have an HP PreDesk 400 g3 sff with two audio jacks, front and rear. When I connect speakers to the rear and headphone to the front at the same time, only the front audio jack works. The rear audio jack will work only if I disconnect the headphone in the front audio port. I want to use both audio jacks at the same time. I need your help please.

This video shows how to do it in windows but the audio driver needs to support mixing the oiutputs

Should work as Realtek is a common audio device HP uses

The stereo mixer that can output to two devices (front and rear) only works with speakers or headphone plugged into Realtek jacks. The named devices must show up "speakers / headphones" in the mixer dialog box
The following system has sound capability through NVidia (Monitor) and headphones named "2nd output". There are no speakers plugged into the back which goes into the Realtek system. The Realtek cannot mix the NVidia and the headphones so that option does not show up and I can select only one or the other not both.

I do not have DTS sound app. Read a brief description here
I assume you have 5 channel output. Normally that is either optical or a combination of two or more jacks in the back.
Plugging in front headphone or headset generally disables the back output jack.
The documentation with your system (or the Realtek / DTS app) should describe how to set up the 5.1 system
Some common setup systems are described here
https://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/how-to-connect-51-speakers-to-your-computer/
I looked at your system here and there are two jacks in the back.
If the DTS or Realtek app can assign the mic input to be headphone output then your setup can work but there is no mic input anymore
I recommend a low profile sound card that supports 5.1
