HP ENVY All-in-One - 32-a0035

Problem: Other people in nearby apartments can connect to my computer speakers through Bluetooth.

Solutions I have tried: I have completely turned off Bluetooth capability on my PC. I have also completely disabled the speaker.

This problem persists and speaker can still be connected to through Bluetooth, even with Bluetooth and speaker disabled. Best guess is that the speaker itself has some Bluetooth setting different from the PC. I have no idea where I can find that or if it even exists.  Any help would be greatly appreciated! My eardrums hurt from people turning up the volume because they can not hear their sound while not knowing they are connected to my speaker and not theirs.
