Hi:
The PCI Data Acquisition and signal processing controller needs this driver and probably is not related to the audio problem you are having.
Restart the PC after installing the driver.

Regarding the audio issue, the only suggestion I can offer would be to reinstall the audio driver from your PC's support page and restart the PC.

This is what I am getting:
None of the devices in their current config were successfully started with their current selected options

Realteck HD
Error code FF7-5-6000 (860084005)
Device could not be opened

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know how to troubleshoot audio problems on that model PC.
If you can't get the issue resolved, the only other suggestion I can offer would be to back up your files and use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will factory reset your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.
