Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can't get sound to work on Picture in Picture TV app after Windows 10 updated.  Sound works on everything else.

Fix for NO SOUND on  MyDisplay_Touchsmart.exe

First update your software then

In Windows 10:

 

1-Go to Settings

2-Go to System

3-Go to Sound

4- Go to HDMI (Name of Driver

5-Go to Device Properties

6-Go to Additional Device Properties

7-Go to the LISTEN tab

8- Go to "Listen to this device" and CHECK THIS BOX!!!!!!!!

Sorry but even this stopped working after the latest Windows 10 update September 2019.

@Zman111 Your device isn't tested for windows 10, as it was shipped with Windows 7 and may not be compatible, I suggest you revert to an earlier version of the windows using the system restore: click here for details and use the below steps to disable automatic updates to fix this issue for now:

 

1. Press the Windows logo key + R at the same time to invoke the Run box.

2. Type services.msc and press Enter.

3. Scroll down to Windows Update, and double-click it.

find windows update and double-click it

4. In Startup type, select "Disabled". Then click "Apply" and "OK" to save the settings.
