Product: HP All-in-one 24-f0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would be listening to a lecture on-line and the partway through the lecture my computer goes to full volume and no way to lower the volume other then to close the lecture, remove the sound drivers, shutdown the computer and restart so the drivers will re-install and work for 3 or four days they I would have the same problem.
