Hi,
Your machine use motherboard from
- Manufacturer: Pegatron
- Manufacturer name: APXD1-DM
- HP name: Redwood 2
You can see the following ports at the back

- DC input power
- DVI-D
- VGA
- LAN
- USB 2.0: 4
- Audio: Line in (light blue)
- Audio: Line out (green)
- Audio: Microphone (pink)
You are talking about red, white and yellow - what is your device ? Normally red and white are for left and right and yellow is for video. I need to know your device to be able to tell you how to plug it to your computer.
Regards.
