I am Lee , I have a ( HP Envy Phoenix 810 Series ) Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit . I installed a Malware Spyware software and did not like it so I uninstalled it , I noticed that my Beates Audio software was gone and don't know how to reinstall it , I looked online and cannot find the software no place , Can someone Please Help Me ?

Hi:
The W8.1 IDT audio driver includes the Beats audio software within that driver package.
Reinstall the driver and restart the PC.

I tried to install this you shared with me and it said ( Your system does not meet the minimum requirements for this update . Update has been cancelled . ( 9996 )
I have a i7 4.0 Ghz 3 TB & 2 TB hard drive with ( 32 gig DDR )
What is it that don't meet the minimum requirements ? Desktop 8.1 Pro 64 bit

OK, for that product number you need this driver...Your PC has the Realtek audio chip...
This package provides the Realtek HD Audio Driver for supported desktop models that are running a supported operating system.

I installed that audio link you shared with me but still did not give me back my Beats Audio system back . . It was on my computer when I first bought it and I no longer have it on my system it's just gone and still don't know how to get it back !

Unfortunately, I don't know either.
The product specs do indicate that the PC originally came with the Beats Audio software, and that software should have been part of the audio driver installation files, like it is in the IDT audio driver file.

However, I explored the Realtek audio driver folder that is created when you run the audio driver, and I can find no Beats audio files of any kind in that file folder.
So, I will not be able to help you get the Beats Audio back.
