Remove Icon from Start Menu

I have the "HP Audio Controls"  non-functional icon under the start menu in a windows 10 image.

The software is not available to be removed via Control Panel.

Or disable it under MSConfig.

Is there a way to delete it from Start Menu?

Hi:

You should be able to.

Right click on the HP Audio Controls icon.

Select 'More', then select 'Open File Location,' and delete it from there.

That was one of the 1st things I did.  However, HP Audio Controls is not part of the software list.
