HP Device Manager 5.0
Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

Hi everybody,
I have installed HP Device Manager 5.0.7 with HPDM Gateway v5.0.3630.39035 on a WS Server 2012 R2
I have various model of thin clients connected:

T510 (with ThinPro 5 OS)
T620 (with ThinPro 5 orThinPro 7 OS)
T630 (with ThinPro 5 orThinPro 7 OS)

T530 (with ThinPro 7 OS)
T540 (with ThinPro 7.2 OS)

Is there a way to set Mic and Audio volume for all the thinclients on the Gateway? maybe with a task?

And, is there a headset model recommended by HP?

Greetings
Matteo

Hello MatteoMarego,

HPDM 5 may not support anything below Thin Pro 7, you can find the support details on the release notes:

 https://ftp.ext.hp.com/pub/hpdm/Documentation/ReleaseNotes/ReleaseNotes_HP_Device_Manager-5.0.8.pdf

There are registry values that make the audio level change in volume and mic, however never tested to make changes from HPDM.  you can refer the Admin guide and the TC image

You can capture the registry value and try to send them back to units with diff values.
