Skype audio sounds like a robot

HP Recommended
HP 24-G020 All-In-One Desktop
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am experiencing some audio issue when using Skype call. Both incoming audio and output audio to the recipient sound like a robot with static. I've tried the test call within Skype and the sound is really bad. But the microphone and speakers work fine when using other apps such as recorder, or playback from Youtube/streaming videos. Does anyone have the same/similar issue on these All-in-One Desktop?
