I have the dragon speak headphones and mike and also some speakers on my win10 desktop. I wanted to know how to switch between them easily. I looked it up and the answer I got was to click on the sound icon and it would show these devices on it. Click on the device you want to use to switch to it.
But when I open my sound icon, the only thing there is the slider to turn the sound up or down and "Speakers(Realtek High Definition Audio" at the top, no headphones choice, no arrows to see another window, nothing.
(The headphones/mic are plugged into the back of the computer, the speakers at the front.

Hello,
To resolve this issue , please try to :
1/ Reset Audio Service :

Find Windows Audio, right click on it, and go to Properties.
First, make sure that Startup type is set to Automatic.
Then, click on Stop, and wait for the process to stop.
Click to Start again
Restart your computer, and check if the issue is resolved
2/ Reinstall audio drivers :
