Product: HP EliteDisplay E273m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For most purposes I use the speakers in my HP EliteDisplay E273m.  Occasionally, usually when a game is paused, the sound goes out and the E273m disappears from the devices available for sound.  It clears up when I reboot, but I'd like a permanent fix, if I could.
