Product: HP EliteDisplay E243m 23.8-inch Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, the speaker within my monitor has this distorted and high pitched sound to it making it impossible to use the speakers. They worked completely fine before, so I'm wondering what I can do to resolve this issue?
