Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I upgraded my graphics card and something messed up. Now the usb-ports in the back IO and the audio port on the front doesn't work AT ALL. I am struggling.

If after adding the card nothing more, the first thing that comes to me is to try without this graphics card
