Suddenly, some days ago, the sound dissipeard from all my sound output connectors. It is still possible to listen to sound via bluetooth (by help of an ASUS USB BT-adaptor). I think that I had an audio-driver sp63932.exe (2013-10-16 Version6.10.64866.0 Rev. A,20.69M) installed untill now. I would try to reinstall it but could not find it at HP:s site. Is there anybody who can help me out of this situation. Due to HP support, there are nothing to do but leave the hole computer to the scrap yard. Despite its age, it is a relatively competent computer so I want to give it a try before I thru it away.

Hi:
See if the W10 IDT audio driver from a newer model PC also works for your model.
Restart the PC after installing the driver.
This package provides the Tempo High Definition Audio Driver for supported desktop models that are running a supported operating system.

I thank you very much for the solution. The newer driver at (https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71717.exe) works fine in my HP Envy 700-060eu!
