Dear Paul Tikken,
I am hoping you can help me with this issue. After upgrading my system to windows 10 pro, my audio stopped working.
I have tried every suggestion from windows and hp support to no avail.
The most current info I got while trouble shooting is listed in the subject above. It appears that I need to install and audio driver, but I am unable to find it on hp website.
Any and all help will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

hi
[edit correction macro ]
try :
https://support.hp.com/my-en/document/c03812357
[edit] The link is no longer valid, it is no longer present where I found it, neither does it seem to me
It was about installing HP Software Framework with a given link
I don't know if I could find the version that was mentioned
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp59001-59500/sp59202.exe
the ftp link no longer works with some versions of windows, but the latter is not always necessary
HP Software Framework
https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:a6jQNZsrktcJ:ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq//sp5...
the cached web page may soon no longer work
just try the drivers here, may be enough:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71717.exe
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71717.html

Mr Paul Tikkanen,
There is a reason why you are rated no 1 in this community. Yes, the link worked,😲😲😌 and I have audio again.
You literarily saved my life.
I have been trying for hours and for many days, windows and hp support were unable to help, but now you did.
Thanks, and thx.
