Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15z-eh000 CTO

The volume level on my computer will not adjust - level 1 and level 100 are the same volume. I have tried troubleshooting and restarting, as well as adjusting volume levels manually in settings, but nothing has worked. I don't have this issue when I connect airpods or headphones, so I think the issue is with the speaker itself. Additionally, when I connect airpods there is no sound under level 20.

Same exact issue with my daughter's laptop. Was fine until about a week or so ago. Wonder if it has to do with a Windows update given the timeline and the nature of the issue
