When I am playing music on the WMP and typing the volume continually mutes and unmutes with the keys.

@Ken610, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

I see that you have issues with the keyboard, turn off Numpad/mouse keys. Also, check if any key is physically stuck. The best way to confirm is to check if an alternate keyboard works without these issues.
