HP Envy
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,
I have recently updated my Windows 10 HP Envy to Windows 11. Ever since I did I have been having issues with audio, video playback, & games. I can't listen to Spotify, watch Youtube videos, connect to any game servers, watch Netflix, etc. I have tried troubleshooting multiple times and it either temporarily fixes the problem or does not fix it at all.  Even when the video/show plays there is no audio. I have restarted my computer multiple times as well. I updated the system to make sure no updates were left out. I can still do google searches, scroll through Instagram, and go through my emails. I have had this problem for 2 days so please tell me how to fix this.

@Athena10 -- at this time, your only solution would be to backup all your personal files to external storage, and then reinstall Windows 10.  For free: Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

to download the Windows 10 Installer.

Then, download, install, and run the HP Support Assistant, to add all the HP-specific software & device-drivers.

Then, reload your files, from your backup.

@Athena10 -- after one installs Windows 11, there is a short interval (one week?) where you can "roll-back" everything to Windows 10.  Does Netflix work for you, after the "roll-back" ?

Hello, well problem is I did a disk cleanup that got rid of the Windows 10 version that I now can no longer "roll back" to. Unless you know a solution on how I can get it back I will not be able to "roll back".
