Good morning,
Yealink headsets do not work with HP desktop and laptops (testing with a Yealink UH34 with Elitebook 840 G10/11 and Elite Mini 800 G9) unless you replug the headsets after booting (or plug the headsets in after boot). Until then, Windows can see the headset, it will show audio is coming through, but you won't hear anything.
Has anyone else come across this issue?

I have the answer thanks to Yealink support!
Download the Yealink USB Connect software - https://support.yealink.com/en/portal/docList?archiveType=software&productCode=b82b0fd4bfdea368 and update the firmware of your headset. Easy as, it will fix the issue.
I'm going to open a bottle to celebrate as it was quite as issue around the office.
