Product: envy 27
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can find a new update for my audio device but it says it has found an error while trying to install. "A device attached is not functioning" 

the only option it gives me is to go to website and check support for drivers but I am not sure the driver is the problem if it says a device is not functioning. 

Please help if anyone can.

What is the full model number or product number of your AIO PC?

 

The product number can be found on the same label as the serial number.

 

Please do not post the serial number.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to see if installing this W10 IDT audio driver and restarting the PC, gets the sound to work again.

yah unfortunately I cant even choose my internal speakers for sound only headphones connected through a usb.
