bang and Olufsen driver is missing inside the app

You do not mention your system but I am guessing it is this one

Looks like no driver change in 1.5 years.  Possibly a recent update to windows 10 snuck in some Realtek drivers that replaced the original B&O.  

Check device manager => sound drivers => Realtek and see if the version number is 6.0.1.7657 rev C.  Note that driver is actually 6 years old.
