Hello,
Finally I recently managed (thanks to a solution from Paul Tikkanen) to connect external speakers to my 'old' pc HP Pavillion P6 2455-eb with windows 10 upgrade.
But is it also possible to easily adjust the sound settings (bass and treble)?
Thank you in advance for the information.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know how to adjust the sound settings on your computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I checked and see that there is no audio driver from HP for Windows 10. You will get the audio equalizer settings only with the audio driver. However, you can change the basic audio settings following the below steps.
- Open Settings.
- Click on System
- Click on Sound.
- Under "Other sound options," click the App volume and device preferences option.
The first thing you'll find on this page is the slider to control the system master volume and adjust all sounds. On the right, there are two drop-down menus to select the default speaker and microphone, which are the same settings that you can customize in the Sound page.
At the bottom of the page, you can adjust volume for specific apps and system sounds as a percentage of the master volume.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
