Hi @prob2,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're unable to use the custom EQ (equalizer) settings in OMEN Gaming Hub for your OMEN Transcend 32 (31.5" UHD 240Hz OLED) monitor. Here are a few steps and resources that can help:

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Update OMEN Gaming Hub:
    • Ensure you're using the latest version of OMEN Gaming Hub from the Microsoft Store.

  2. Check Monitor Firmware:
  3. Reconnect Monitor via USB-C or USB-B:
    • Some features, like EQ or lighting control, may require a USB connection between your PC and the monitor (not just HDMI/DisplayPort).
    • Make sure the USB-B upstream cable is connected from the monitor to your PC.

  4. Run OMEN Hub as Administrator:
    • Right-click the OMEN Gaming Hub shortcut and select "Run as administrator" to ensure it has full access to system resources.

  5. Reinstall OMEN Gaming Hub:
    • Uninstall the app, restart your PC, and reinstall it from the Microsoft Store.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
