Is the headphone jack on my pc a normal 3.5mm? I have a set of Sony head phones and am trying to find an extension cords for them but all I can find is a male to female 3.5mm and the end that is supposed to plug into the computer does not fit in any of the jacks. The one I need appears to be a rather flat end with a hole in it (not the end that the headphone plugs into but the one that the extension cord plugs into the computer. I have one that, evidently has stopped working. It has the correct plugs. All of a sudden I hear out of only one ear. It was working fine before. I just figured that maybe the cord went bad. Any ideas would be great. If it isn't the cord, what else could it be? Thank you all very much 🙂 🙂 🙂
