Greetings,
Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
I am not completley following what is happening. I have also never used this software. I also don't know what you mean when referring to internal speakers.
I can tell you to look in "Advanced Settings". There may be an option to send audio to both the headphones and the external speakers.
I usually set my PCs to mute speaker output when using headphones.

i mean by internal speaker = the built in speaker inside the case its a speaker located inside int the front of the case from inside when i use this settings ans check on speaker that internal speaker will only work and the external one that connected to the pc via back panel green jack didn't work , the external speaker only work when i check on " HD Audio 2nd output " and plug the headphone jack off from the front panel.
if i didnt plug the headphone jack of from the front panel while the external speaker still connected to the back panel , the headphone speakers only work.
what i want to replace my internal speaker with external one when i check on speakers and headphone when i check on "HD Audio 2nd output "
and thank you for help ...

Hi,
You're very welcome.
The internal motherboard speaker has no connection to Windows audio. This internal speaker is used to emit audible BIOS codes at system startup.
So I still don't know what your problem is.
