i can't recording my voice on laptop.......... inbuilt input mic not working

This should be the audio driver you need

You should first do a hardware check.  There is the possibility of an actual failure.

Press F2 when booting and run the audio / microphone test.

 

Possibly windows is looking for audio from the input jack and not the built in microphone.   Check the audio input and verify it is the  built in on and enabled.

If you connect a headphone with no mic possibly windows thinks it has a mic and is not using the built in one.
