i have been trying to get in contact with the manufacturer of my laptop and it seems this is the only way considering every time i try it leads me to a subscription?

 

my sound is not working and my audio driver refuses to install. i have done everything i can possibly think of and even had Microsoft take a look they sent me here to contact the manufacturer. i need help because it just wont install it refuses to give me any sound from my laptop.
