My HP AIO Desktop 4N3108R has lost its connection to the audio ( Bang & Olufsen), and no longer detects the Audio, Microphone. Now the iTunes music no longer works, the Cortana doesn't respond. All this after a recent UPDATE !
The HP 27" AIO was expensive, YET it didn't come with recovery disks (flash drives) . I ran the HP troubleshooter and IT could not find the problem. it only states "device not detected" with no help.
Please send me a download for recovery, because I am shaken that HP provides zero recovery with its products.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, let's install Realtek High-Definition Audio Driver (Windows 10 v1909)
Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/desktops to download the new audio driver for your computer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
