new HP desktop keeps making notification sounds

When my screen is on screensaver, i keep hearing notification sounds.  I have already turned off ALL notifications possible.  and when I open the screen, there is no notification.  I can't stop this sound unless i turn off the speakers.  Very annoying.

What kind of noise are you getting?

Could you please record the sound and attach it for better assistance?

Have you tried updating BIOS, Chipset, Audio drivers?

It is the disconnect sound of three tones.   I disconnected all usbs (mine are mostly usb2) and kept speaker which is not a usb and disconnected the monitor which is not usb and there was no sound.  Then I plugged back in the monitor and the sound happened again.  I did a different monitor and the sound keeps happening when the screen is sleeping.  I looked online and it says usb issue, but it isn't and the only solution was turning off the speakers or the sound.  But I think im better off returning the computer as I don't know why it thinks someone is disconnected

I have a HP EliteBook 850 G3.  The laptop makes the same beep-beep-beep notification sounds, until I touch the keyboard.  Is there a way to disable the notification sounds for screen saver?
