Every auto updates, it wipes out my audio driver...Im mad

I'd be glad to help you! 

 

After a Windows update, does the audio device disappear from Device Manager, or does it show an error (e.g., yellow triangle)?

Have you tried reinstalling the audio driver manually from the HP website, and does it resolve the issue temporarily?

 

May I have the exact name and product number of the unit? Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
