Hi:

I don't believe that there is a hardware issue.

Your PC is not supported by HP for W10 and there is no W10 audio driver for it.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if this W10 audio driver works from a newer model HP All in One PC that has the same audio system as yours.

Restart the PC after installing the driver.

i got this computer 2nd hand, works and looks great ,except for the sound. Im having the same issues as many of the other 320 community users are having with their lack of sound. tried many of the same troubleshooting solutions, got the same erra messages. Tonight I believe I made a fatal mistake as far as ever fixing it goes I  uninstalled the system speaker in the device manager with the thought of a reinstallment as You would with a sound driver. Upon restart it didn't show back up. I 'm kinda glad because I like many others with this sound problem have invested many hours of Our time and money on this unfixable issue only to at the end hit a brick wall as far as a fix goes. It would sure be nice if big pockets would tell us this upfront so we could cut Our losses sooner and get on to other issues with real solutions.
