@DESKTOP-1TQ5UT1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your Bluetooth that turns off!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I can imagine how frustrating it must feel when your Bluetooth turns off right when you’re trying to enjoy music or connect your device. Let’s try a few steps to bring it back to life:

Restart Bluetooth services

Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter.

Find Bluetooth Support Service, right-click → Restart.

Make sure its Startup type is set to Automatic.

Update or reinstall drivers

Open Device Manager → expand Bluetooth.

Right-click your adapter → Update driver.

If it still misbehaves, uninstall the driver and restart—Windows will reinstall it fresh.

Check power settings

Go to Device Manager → Bluetooth adapter → Properties → Power Management.

Uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

Run the built-in troubleshooter

Settings → Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Additional troubleshooters → Bluetooth.

After trying these, test pairing your audio device again.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
