there in no audio device visible

Hi, I bought this desktop recently and there is no sound at all. I tried to download the audio driver automatically, manually, I´ve updated the windows / no results. I only get this text: ´There was a problem installing the drivers`. For the system there is no audio card installed at all. What else can I try...

HP Desktop PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number? | HP® Customer Support
and for a laptop
HP Notebook PCs - How Do I Find My Product Name or Number? | HP® Customer Support
Give the full name with the product number P / N

Product Number: 9EE50AA # ABA
the model corresponding to this number will therefore be

Give the full version of windows
for windows 10 type winver in the search box
if you give the best information
your problem could have a solution more quickly (depending on the difficulty, of course)

please clarify/confirm
You say you just bought it, it is possible from the product page, to have only drivers for windows 7 or 8 here
so it is not brand new, it is mentioned in your windows 10 message
you may not have the correct driver
just try the drivers here, may be enough:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71717.exe
