Did the roll back as you suggested. did not resolve the problem so maybe this was not something to do with the bios update but still very annoying bug which should not be there. it seems my possible solutions on this thread have run out so will start a support ticket but still cannot imagine we are the only 2 persons with this bug.. seems pretty standard and a basis functionality of this specific device.. I would still kindly ask of you to really kick this up the chain and look into this
