Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello. This seems to be a persistent error on all sorts of machines and both with Windows 10 and Windows 11. Laptop occasionally makes a notification chirp. This might happen when the computer is active or inactive. When I check the notifications window, there are no new notifications. I have ALL notifications turned off in Windows settings. I understand many people have had this solved by unplugging USB devices. I just had a notification and the only thing plugged in is the power cord. It just happened again. It is four tones do re la ti.

Thanks in advance.
