HP Z2 Tower G4 Workstation (2YW27AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Having problem with microphone on pc z2 g4 (one of 100 in our company). Windows 10  (version 10.0.19044) Microphone on headset suddenly stopped work (it appears in windows sound devices, but no reaction on voice). On other pc this microphone works perfect (hp notebooks, pc hp z240 with realtek audio). Headset is classical with red and green audio connectors.

Microphone connected to back panel to line in input (there are line input and speaker output only at back panel for connecting analog sound devices on this pc model).
Tried to reinstall audio synaptics drivers from Hp site on old (first ver for this pc model), but no luck.

Tried microphone test from HP diagnostics utility, but it does not find any problems, it only shows that microphone level is too low, but in windows settings this level is default - high at 100%
I notice that at reconneting microphone Audio Controls app does not show dialog of choosing connected device (microphone or headset an so on). When i try start Audio Controls app manually, nothing happens or shows.
Question:
How try diagnostic (logs ..) of Audio Controls app - may be there some way to start it as clasical app< but not windows metro style app? I think, that Audio Controls helps to choose correct audio type of device and problem with microphone started when it had stopped working.

Additionally can say that on this pc certificates manager and usb key with cert-t installed - may be it effects on certificates of Audio Controls app
