Product: 14hz laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am not sure on what the name of the laptop is as I bought it almost 2 years ago but it's a 14hz laptop. The problem I am having is my laptop is making a beep noise every 5-7 seconds and it won't turn on or it is close to turning on but just restarts. When I plug the charger in I can see that every time it makes a beep noise it's like its just restarting over and over. For example, when you plug your charger in the light is orange but when it beeps the light goes away then goes to a white light then changes back to orange.
