That warning is to advise that the hard drive is about to fail or already has. If the PC is still working, then stop. Do not do anything else with this and prepare to replace the hard drive NOW.
Please post the rest of model number for this PC, using a different PC, as there are 14 models in that line.
There is at least a "G + number"
Since you are listing Windows 8.1 as the OS, it will make things more difficult. That model might be supported for download of the hard drive image from here., since some of those models are listed as a Business PC. Do this search from a different PC.

After the drive is replaced, there may be a way to retrieve some data from the old drive, but after this old drive is replaced.
